**Be sure to provide the OWML with adequate notice (1 week) when sending samples.

 

Shipping charges

 

·        For media and supplies, shipping to the buyer is included in the cost. 

·        For analytical methods, returning of coolers to the buyer is included in the cost. 

·        Shipping samples to the OWML or returning coolers and empty bottles to the OWML are the responsibility of the buyer.
